Nestled between Uptown and Victory Park, the vibrant Harwood District is a 19-city block, uber-walkable neighborhood packed with a wide range of dining and entertainment options.
Harwood District’s first development was the Rolex building in 1984, and in the years since, it has grown to include luxury office buildings and high-rise residents, outdoor pocket gardens, and tons of trendy restaurants.

Dallasites consistently rate the oversized garden patio at this 1920s landmark building as one of the best in the entire city. This Harwood staple now has a new look and features a seasonal New American menu by Executive Chef Carlos Mancera.
The seafood heavy menu at Te Deseo features cuisines from Peru, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. The restaurant also regularly hosts salsa lessons and is a stop along the Margarita Mile. We recommend their unique coconut margarita rimmed with a healthy dose of Tajin.
