With their year-round screenings, education and trainings, and the largest film festival in North Texas, DIFF has become the place for storytellers and audiences to connect and experience film as a community.
The Dallas International Film Festival (DIFF) is back for its 18th year! The festival has made it their mission to build a community where we can share and experience stories together. Delve into different realms of the entertainment universe and uncover the arts through creative stories on the big screen.
Dates: April 26 – May 2th, 2024
Cost: Badges to attend the festival range from $40 to $500 per person.
Getting there: The Violet Crown Cinema in the West Village will be the host theater for the 2024 event and is located at 3699 McKinney Avenue. Opening Night screenings will take place at The Majestic Theatre, which is based in 1925 Elm Street. Other featured opening screenings will be held at The Texas Theatre, which is situated at 231 Jefferson Boulevard.
Each year, the festival screens world-renowned films fresh off of some of the biggest film festivals in the world that are taking place in and around the same time.
